We want to make sure you have a great result from your Heartfelt Peony so every tuber is in perfect condition when it leaves us. We take a lot of trouble with our handling and packaging but cannot be held responsible for the conditions it is kept in, or where it is planted, or how it is taken care of once you receive it.
